This year, like any other year, began with the "Happy New Year Song" iLamai idhO idhO...

Quittin' smoke and booze for the 81st time now....
Not a good year for Aandavar, hopefully 2006 turns out to be better...
The rest will flow with the tide of existence...

    I would disagree,MX was no doubt below his exalted standards&the media rubbed it in by converting it into a disaster :)

    But he ended the year on a right note with RSB which is going great guns at the BO&has received excellent reviews.More than anything else his performance was truly amazing.The movie proved beyond doubt that his acting prowess is not jaded&he can still bring about a freshness to his performance.

    VV is making the right noises&there's no competition with 'Mass/masala'actors like Vijay&Rajni during it's release.

    And it seems(Source:Sify)his New year party at his Neelankarai residence was the talk of the town.
